The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) UNSDGs are trying to make the world a better place by 2030, tackling poverty, inequality, climate change, conservation and economic growth. We can help make this happen by getting involved and working together with all sorts of groups from around the globe.
The most significant changes from the previous five-year sustainability targets are a new time horizon of seven years to align with ApexEmporium's 2030 climate change targets and goals and reference timelines set out in international frameworks and agreements, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement, the Convention of Biological Diversity, and the Global Goal for Nature. The objectives give ApexEmporium the chance to collaborate and create partnerships with other parties, as well as to build capability and co-design strategies that will lead to beneficial outcomes and shared prosperity for both people and the environment. They are furthered by our ongoing dedication to pursuing a zero-significant health, safety, environment, community, or supply chain events goal and to investing at least 1% of pre-tax profit in social causes.
